We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology business analysis, API integrations, and data modelling. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, enabling process improvements and supporting strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Tech BA with hands-on experience in Salesforce, API integrations, and object structures.
- Design and support API exception handling flows and understand ETL integrations.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to business process re-engineering (BPR) and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide risk management, reporting, and strategic analysis for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver functional designs and change management solutions.
- Support continuous process improvements and ensure compliance with risk and controls frameworks.
Skills & Experience Required
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst (with strong Salesforce exposure).
