Hybrid working (client office visits as required). We’re looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Financial Solution Architect to join a complex enterprise environment, working closely with delivery teams and enterprise architecture to shape, govern, and implement high-quality PeopleSoft financial solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who combines strong PeopleSoft Financials expertise with leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the bridge between Enterprise Architecture and delivery teams.
- Producing solution options, architecture designs, and technical direction.
- Driving reduction of technical debt while keeping platforms supportable.
- Providing hands-on technical leadership when required.
- Working through architecture governance and client standards.
- Influencing solutions across programmes with values £1m+.
- Acting as a thought leader within the IT Leadership community.
Qualifications:
- Proven Solution Architecture experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Deep Hands-on Experience With PeopleSoft Financials, Specifically:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing / Invoicing
- Payments & Disbursements / Reimbursements
- Commission processing
