Hiring: Agresso (Unit4) Lead Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Contract: 3 months (Monthly extensions)

We are currently looking for an experienced Agresso / Unit4 Lead Consultant with 6+ years of hands‑on experience to support a major financial systems engagement with a leading insurance client.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Unit4 (Agresso) Finance modules, working closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to optimize financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Unit4 (Agresso) Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Statement Processing
  • Run system design workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system design with business needs
  • Identify and drive process improvements, challenging designs to improve efficiency
  • Manage scope, elevate risks, and support QA and validation activities
  • Provide technical support including SQL scripting, troubleshooting, and extensions
  • Act as a key client-facing consultant for application support and development
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of hands‑on Unit4 / Agresso implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of finance processes: GL, AP, AR, FA
  • Solid technical skills including SQL queries, scripting, and configuration troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a client‑facing consultancy environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience with QA checks and solution validation
  • Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM methodologies
