NATO DIANA is seeking a Managing Director to lead the DIANA Executive (DX) and a senior leadership team across three locations: London, Tallinn and Halifax. The role will set challenge programmes for dual-use innovations, drive adoption, and ensure alignment with Allied guidance to advance NATO’s industry and innovation agenda.

You will oversee corporate planning, annual budgets, and Strategic Direction for board approval, working with Allied Nations, NATO bodies, governments, academia.
