Within Natixis CIB, you will join the Alternative Credit Syndication (ACS) and Leveraged Capital Markets (LCM) teams within the CIB.
You will be a member of the ACS/LCM teams.
ACS is in charge of loan solutions and the syndication of illiquid assets. This encompasses structured capital and liquidity solutions, as well as the distribution of asset portfolios—regardless of the format—from inception to post-closing servicing. You will also work on the secondary distribution side of illiquid assets.
LCM is responsible for structuring and distributing leveraged finance transactions in the form of High Yield and Term Loan B products across Europe.
Your daily missions will include:
- Participating in the execution of new structured transactions.
- Performing Front Office servicing duties regarding capital relief transactions (e.g., synthetic securitizations, structured portfolio guarantees).
- Preparing pitch books, marketing materials, and documents required for syndication processes.
- Participating in pricing recommendations and assessing liquidity analysis.
- Monitoring the different asset class markets, enhancing and updating market comparables and market intelligence.
- Delivering periodic activity reports on the ACS scope.
- Contributing to analytics projects such as CLO investor analysis, new issuance premium analysis, sector comparables, and deal idea generation.
- Supporting team members in producing a weekly market update document.
- Assisting Origination teams in preparing pitch books for client presentations.
- Supporting pricing exercises for HY and TLB issuances.
- Contributing to the production of underwriting memoranda (after reviewing due diligence reports, management presentations, etc.) to be presented in Credit Committee.
- Supporting administrative and closing workstreams (filing, fee booking).
- Helping the team monitor underwritten positions.
- This position is only open to candidates who are eligible for the Business France V.I.E program:

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Business School or University with a degree in Finance. Candidates must demonstrate a first experience in Finance. Experience in international environments is required. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills (proficiency in Excel – skills in VBA or Python programming would be a plus). You are recognized for your reliability and your ability to work in a team, as well as for your responsiveness and proactivity. You are autonomous while having the confidence to express yourself and ask questions. You have knowledge of the banking sector and capital markets. You have a team spirit and good communication skills. You have a problem-solving mindset and demonstrate great adaptability as well as strong attention to detail. Desirable language skills are Spanish or Italian, and you must be completely fluent in English (strong oral and written communication skills).
