Overview As part of a small and efficient team of five, based in Paris and London, you will work closely with all team members and gain insights on the wider core functions of our firm. Within the International Distribution platform of Natixis Investment Managers, you will work in the Strategy and Sales Management team to support in areas such as strategy and planning, monitoring commercial performance, leadership and innovation and market research. Responsibilities Support the team in its strategic planning and sales management activities: Assist in the development of strategic plans in areas such as entering new markets and developing new capabilities and collaborate on organizing the multi-year and budget plan. Support senior management in tracking and communicating the implementation of our strategy through regular and ad hoc activities. Monitor the organization\’s performance in areas such as the investment performance of our affiliates, the activity of our sales teams, and progress on strategic initiatives through specific reports (weekly and monthly dashboards, sales analyses). Contribute to the creation of reports and market information analyses: Study, analyse, and report on industry trends in areas such as ESG, alternatives, and digital developments, as well as regarding specific client channels and countries. Compare the group\’s performance in key areas against competitors (market share analysis, emerging trends, competition). Continuously develop understanding of the organization and the industry through activities such as networking and individual research. Responsible for enhancing the team\’s use of data and various information sources: Coordinate the development of new tools (Tableau, CRM, Anaplan, etc.) and be responsible for identifying ways in which the team can improve its use of data. Partner with other teams within the organization, such as product and marketing, to identify ways to enhance data and reporting to improve strategic alignment. Qualifications Strong IT skills including advanced proficiency in Excel. Possess intellectual curiosity and aptitude for problem-solving and numerical analysis. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner. A proactive approach and a desire to excel in your responsibilities are highly valued.
