Overall purpose of the role: As a Structured Credit professional, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the development of the Fund Financing franchise in the UK. As a member of the ACG team, you may occasionally support transactions ranging from general structured credit solutions, repack, loan on loan, secured funding, TRS, and platform solutions in collaboration with the relevant Alternative Credit Group teams in Paris.

Main responsibilities of the role: The role requires the capability to manage all stages of a transaction, from the design phase to post-closing, including negotiations with clients and internal services. Other duties of the role include external interactions such as implementing origination, preparing pitchbooks, while staying up to date on recent regulations. Internally, you will liaise with partners such as legal, tax, and coverage. As any member of the Credit Markets teams, you will share your knowledge and expertise with other team members and work in an international environment within a community of experts that values excellence, impact, and collective action. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience: The ideal candidate should have similar experience in dealing with clients on Fund Financing solutions ranging from traditional Equity Bridge Financing to NAV, with more focus on the NAV and portfolio-related deals. Cash Flow modeling skills will be key, and experience with CLO and ABS is a plus. The candidate should also be able to be creative and work on a solution-based approach. In addition, they should have a good knowledge of investment funds and their financing needs, such as EBF and NAV Financing.
