Overall Purpose

Assist the UK Rates team in day‑to‑day tasks and medium‑term projects, including live transaction pricing, interacting with structuring and booking, creating client pitches, and participating in client meetings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to assisting the UK Rates team and UK Life & Pensions efforts
  • Assist with pricing requests, structuring and booking
  • Coordinate middle and back‑office efficiency for transaction processes
  • Develop client pitches for sales, interacting with London‑based clients
  • Collaborate with trading, structuring, MB/BO, client services, and coverage teams
  • Build knowledge of clients and market intelligence to support client needs

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

  • Problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with pricing systems (as applicable under Flow Rates Sales direction)
  • Good interpersonal skills
