This is a pivotal role within our esteemed International Marketing team, where we seek an exceptional candidate skilled in strategy, operations, and performance measurement. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving our global marketing and business initiatives. This position is crucial in ensuring measurable outcomes, operational efficiency, and the long-term integrity of our brand. By aligning marketing activities with our commercial strategy, leading data-driven performance management (including ROI and NPS), and implementing robust project management frameworks, you will play an integral role in driving transformation and success.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee planning cycles, project governance, agency management, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead multi-year projects to measure and report marketing effectiveness, implementing KPIs for efficiencies and growth (e.g., client scoring, attribution modelling).
- Brand project management responsible for end-to-end governance, orchestration and delivery of the firm’s brand strategy and brand transformation agenda.
- Design, roll out, and analyse NPS programmes across business units, translating feedback into actionable improvement plans.
- Project management for marketing transformation initiatives e.g. Seismic implementation, driving adoption, governance, and integration of marketing tools.
- Project management and coordinate: brand projects, agency RFPs, and procurement, supporting strategic brand evolution and visual identity.
- Own and manage project and program budgets, ensuring compliance with finance and procurement processes, and overseeing vendor contracts and legal documentation.
- Working with the Business Manager for Business Enhancement for international marketing budget.
- Design scalable processes to improve collaboration, standardise workflows, and document best practices.
- Act as a central point for cross-departmental transformation projects (Brand, ROI, NPS, Client 360, Seismic strategy), ensuring centralised governance and reporting for marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within a PMO or similar function, ideally in marketing or financial services.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, performance measurement (ROI, NPS), and marketing transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyse project and campaign performance.
- Experience with budget management, contract oversight, and process optimisation.
