We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual who is looking to launch or continue their sales career within financial services.

Providing Sales Support to the UK Institutional team, and reporting to the Managing Director, UK Institutional Business, you will be covering all aspects of sales and client servicing activities across all institutional client channels, including LGPS, DC, DB, Insurance, Charities and SFOs.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with all the team members, prospects, clients and affiliates whilst gaining insights on the wider core functions of our firm.

  • Key Accountabilities
  • Help to enhance and develop all aspects of the teams operating model, leveraging the resources available (technology, Natixis internal partners and appropriate 3rd party services) to help the UK Institutional Team achieve their key objectives and KPIs.
  • CRM Champion and expert; Create sales reports & dashboards. Create and maintain sales records and activity in CRM
  • Assist the Sales team in building and maintaining relationships with clients, sales colleagues globally and Natixis IM affiliates
  • Assist with co‑ordination of client communication strategy including; reporting and commentary requirements and updates to send to existing clients and prospects.
  • Assist with salesperson meeting preparation and note taking.
  • Provide client service support by distributing factsheets, presentations, Requests for Information etc. to clients
  • Work with internal teams to organise roadshows, events, conference calls and the provision of appropriate support materials
  • Leading on the organisation of bespoke client events
  • Client Servicing / Operations
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc reporting requirements for certain clients, including bespoke reports and updates of operational fund template data
  • Liaise with internal support teams on queries (Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, and the respective Reporting teams) and co‑ordinate responses to clients
  • Work closely with the Global Connect team in Paris to keep up‑to‑date with latest Salesforce developments and tools.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree educated or equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional qualifications (IMC or similar preferable)
  • Numerate and analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Experienced with Salesforce/ Client Relationship Management systems
  • Strong skills in both Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate ownership of tasks
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Desire for operational excellence and accuracy
  • Passion for listening, human engagement, learning about people and discussing markets and investment strategies.
