We are seeking a Content Production Manager to join our International Marketing team in London. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end production of high-quality content that supports Natixis Investment Managers' content strategy. You will be instrumental in bringing our marketing campaigns and sales collateral to life, ensuring our message resonates effectively across various channels and with diverse audiences. As the Content Production Manager, you will collaborate with a diverse and dynamic group of colleagues across various departments and levels of seniority. Working within the broader content team you will manage the production of content end-to-end: working with various stakeholders on ideation, commissioning freelancers/agencies/internal resources, editing, working with compliance and finally liaising with the digital and campaign teams on distribution.
What will I be doing?
- Video production: Manage video production pipeline: in consultation with the head of content and the wider editorial team, ensure campaign video pipeline is full. Manage video production logistics: co-ordinate video freelancers, speakers and locations; Review and instruct video team on edits including social cuts; manage compliance and act as liaison for campaigns team.
- Product marketing: Product collateral: make sure non-standard sales collateral is relevant, timeous and maintained according to business needs. And, where necessary, work with regional marketing managers to adapt content for local needs. Campaigns: with the help of the broader content team, ensure Natixis IM marketing campaigns are supported with relevant, timeous, high quality product content. Compliance submission: Help shepherd affiliate-created content through compliance and publication. Content: support content team on written content, social posts and infographics where needed.
What skills and qualifications are required for the role?
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in content production, ideally within Asset Management or a trade publishing capacity.
- Investment Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment products. Knowledge of listed assets (equities, fixed income, sustainable investments) is essential. Knowledge of private assets is a bonus.
- Audience Understanding: Deep understanding of the distinctions between retail, wholesale, and institutional audiences.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and project management abilities are crucial for managing multiple workflows.
- Pressure Management: Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across different jurisdictions and time zones.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with a variety of global stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Video Production Logistics: Experience in organising shoots and managing vendors for video production.
- Freelancer Management: Proven experience in commissioning and managing freelance talent.
- Content Scheduling & Publishing: Familiarity with content scheduling and publishing workflows.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French (desirable but not essential).
- Writing Skills: Strong writing ability for content creation or review (desirable but not essential).
- AI Proficiency: Experience with AI prompting and generative AI tools is increasingly important (desirable but not essential).
