  • Lead digital enablement for the workplace (space analytics, IoT, CAFM, BMS, Power Automate where relevant).
  • Oversee project and change management from concept through delivery, including budgeting, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder engagement; manage change across business units for hybrid working.
  • Drive governance and compliance across all streams, including regulatory and health and safety requirements; ensure quality and safety standards are upheld by contractors and visitors.
  • Lead sustainability reporting, regulatory submissions, and cross-border initiatives; be the London lead for energy and waste optimization opportunities.
  • Manage data analytics and reporting: KPIs, occupancy metrics, develop standard operating procedures and support audits.
  • Contribute to risk management and first-line controls; prepare monthly performance and risk reports.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in workplace/facilities/environmental management within large, regulated organizations (financial services preferred).
  • Strong client-side experience (not supplier-focused) with a proven track record delivering large-scale workplace transformations and occupier experience programs.
  • Excellent vendor and contract management, cost control, and value delivery.
  • Robust project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Statutory Inspections, PPMs, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, space analytics, and data visualization; experience with CAFM, BMS, and energy management software; familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI or equivalent.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and occupier experience design (space planning, occupancy metrics).

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • On-site work Monday to Friday with flexible arrangements for remote tasks as needed.
  • Career growth in a forward-thinking, data-driven workplace team.
