Overview
Join our Commodities Markets division as a Trade Support Middle Office Analyst, providing front office-level support to Traders and ensuring operational excellence across the trade lifecycle. This role ensures adherence to Natixis’ internal policies and regulatory frameworks, while offering coverage across a wide range of commodity products and supporting business initiatives globally.

Main Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership & Relationship Management
- Lead daily production flows and promote a culture of performance and responsiveness.
- Build strong relationships with Front Office desks, Sales, and transversal departments.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with internal frameworks.
- Trade Lifecycle & Risk Management
- Ensure accurate booking and representation of trades on trade date.
- Perform first-level control of manually booked trades and assist Traders with bookings when needed.
- Own the analysis and legitimacy of trade amendments/cancellations, securing approvals and measuring impacts.
- Monitor lifecycle events (e.g., expiries, payoffs, deliverables) and generate post-trade events.
- Coordinate with Market Risk, Quants, Product Control, and Back Office teams to manage trade amendments and risk impacts.
- Controls & Reporting
- Set up and maintain controls for Markup/XVA, EOM mark-to-market, IM/VM cash balances, and basis risk monitoring.
- Produce ad-hoc reports (e.g., Hit/Miss, CC reports) and respond to requests from Internal Audit, Compliance, and Anti-Fraud teams.
- Reinforce ad hoc reconciliations and controls to mitigate operational risk.
Your Profile
- Strong communication skills across Traders, Sales, IT, and Management.
- High autonomy and reliability in support-related issues.
- Ability to challenge trade requests professionally and escalate risks.
- Solid understanding of Commodities (Swaps, Options, Futures, Physical) and Fixed Income (IR, FX, MM).
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle for listed and OTC trades.
- Familiarity with systems: SOPHIS, MUREX, SUMMIT.
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong financial mindset.
