Natixis CIB in London are seeking an accomplished, client-side senior leader with 10+ years' experience in workplace, facilities, and environmental management within large, regulated environments. You will partner closely with the Head of Workplace to translate strategic objectives into actionable programs that transform our London-based facilities, optimize operations, and advance our sustainability agenda. What You Will be Doing:
- Lead and deliver workplace experience and occupier enhancement programs, including space planning and workplace transformation initiatives, in partnership with the Head of Workplace.
- Own facilities operations (hard/soft services, maintenance, lifecycle planning), supplier governance, cost optimization, and energy/performance benchmarking.
- Own contractor and vendor relationships end-to-end (selection, mobilization, performance against SLAs, safety, compliance, ESG alignment).
- Drive environmental sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency programs, emissions reporting, waste management, and ESG-aligned practices, coordinate with enterprise reporting.
- Develop and execute a multidisciplinary workplace strategy aligned to business goals, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements; establish dashboards, metrics, and SLAs; own risk, cost, and service level outcomes.
- Lead digital enablement for the workplace (space analytics, IoT, CAFM, BMS, Power Automate where relevant).
- Oversee project and change management from concept through delivery, including budgeting, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder engagement; manage change across business units for hybrid working.
- Drive governance and compliance across all streams, including regulatory and health and safety requirements; ensure quality and safety standards are upheld by contractors and visitors.
- Lead sustainability reporting, regulatory submissions, and cross-border initiatives; be the London lead for energy and waste optimization opportunities.
- Manage data analytics and reporting: KPIs, occupancy metrics, H&S, ESG, and operational performance; develop standard operating procedures and support audits.
- Contribute to risk management and first-line controls; prepare monthly performance and risk reports.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in workplace/facilities/environmental management within large, regulated organizations (financial services preferred).
- Strong client-side experience (not supplier-focused) with a proven track record delivering large-scale workplace transformations and occupier experience programs.
- Excellent vendor and contract management, cost control, and value delivery.
- Robust project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of Statutory Inspections, PPMs, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis, space analytics, and data visualization; experience with CAFM, BMS, and energy management software; familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI or equivalent.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
- Skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and occupier experience design (space planning, occupancy metrics).
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to emerging workplace technologies; capable of driving digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
Qualifications: IWFM (desirable), PRINCE2 Foundation (desirable), DSE/IOSH/ Evacuation Marshal/ First Aider as nice-to-have.
