Are you a detail-oriented financing professional with experience across agency banking, syndicated lending and loan operations? This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing Financing Operations team supporting complex credit facilities across a broad range of asset classes and products.
You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end lifecycle of financing transactions — partnering closely with Front Office, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution, accurate implementation and ongoing monitoring of complex lending deals. This is a highly visible role suited to someone who enjoys working at the centre of deal execution, risk management and operational control within a fast-paced Corporate & Investment Banking environment.
As part of the Financing Operations Middle Office team, you will support both new and existing credit facilities across multiple business lines, acting as a critical link between Front Office and the wider bank. You’ll be involved in structuring, implementation, monitoring and repayment of financing transactions, ensuring deals are operationally feasible, correctly documented and accurately reflected across internal systems. This is a broad and hands-on role with exposure to a wide range of financing products including Fund Finance, Acquisition Finance, Real Estate, ACG and Capital Markets.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Middle Office, Loan Operations, Agency Management or Financing Operations role within Corporate / Investment Banking
- Strong understanding of agency banking, including bilateral and syndicated loan structures
- Experience supporting lending transactions across products such as Fund Finance, Acquisition Finance, Real Estate, ACG and Capital Markets
- Solid knowledge of lending workflows, lender risk, client risk and post-close facility monitoring
- Experience reviewing facility documentation, financial covenants and security packages
- Familiarity with Facility Agent / Security Agent responsibilities
- Strong technical skills, particularly Excel and emerging AI tools
- Experience with LoanIQ preferred; exposure to DebtDomain, ClearPar, SWORD or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong control mindset with excellent attention to detail and ownership of process
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across Front Office and support functions
- Proactive, solutions-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
