To do that, we need an experienced in‑house recruiter who knows how to find, attract, and close brilliant commercial talent.
The Role
- You’ll be our go‑to for all things sales recruitment, running full‑cycle hiring across our commercial teams and shaping how we attract the best people in market.
- Sitting within the People & Culture team, you’ll partner closely with Sales Leaders to build teams that can take native’s next stage of growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for all sales and commercial roles across the UK and US (AEs, AMs, BDMs, SDRs, Partnerships, Account Directors, Ad Ops).
- Partner with hiring managers to define briefs, set timelines, and guide best practice.
- Build diverse, high‑quality pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and networking.
- Deliver excellent candidate experiences from first touch to offer stage.
- Coach managers on interview techniques and process discipline.
- Track and report key hiring metrics (pipeline health, time‑to‑hire, conversion rates).
- Optimise our tools and systems to make hiring smooth and data‑led.
- Support wider People & Culture projects such as employer branding, onboarding, and DEI initiatives.
About You
- Experienced recruiter (ideally 5+ years) with strong exposure to sales hiring in media, ad sales or marketplace environments.
- Confident managing multiple searches at once in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent sourcing skills and comfortable diving into LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach.
- Clear communicator and trusted partner to leadership.
- Data‑driven, organised, and proactive with a talent for anticipating needs.
- Naturally collaborative and culture‑minded, you care about who we hire and how we hire.
