About the Role

We are looking for a

Community Host to be an integral member of our community team, delivering outstanding customer service to our residents.

As a Community Host, you will bring positive energy to every interaction, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and ensure every resident feels welcome and appreciated.

It’s about first impressions — so you’ll take great pride in your presentation, maintaining a clean, smart, and welcoming front of house at all times.

  • Provide outstanding customer service across all resident touchpoints.
  • Handle resident queries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

About You

  • Proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
  • Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (training provided).
  • Efficient, organised, and an excellent communicator.
  • Professional, well-mannered, and resident-focused.
  • A positive team player with a proactive approach.
