We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students' Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace. Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students' Unions to secure sustainable funding. - Driving innovation in staffing tools, systems, and performance reporting.
- Managing budget planning and workforce cost forecasting in collaboration with Finance and Delivery.
- Acting as senior escalation point for staffing matters and complex campaign issues.
- Reporting staffing performance, risk, and strategic insights to the Director of Strategic Operations and leadership team.
What we're looking for
