This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Leasing Administrator. The Leasing Administrator will be an integral member of the community team, supporting the delivery of outstanding customer service to our residents. This role executes the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. You will manage activities related to leasing to new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing timely lease renewals. As a Leasing Administrator, you will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and ensure everyone feels welcome and appreciated.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carry out all sales and leasing activities as a Leasing Administrator to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, organise tours and viewings, process applications, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
  • Support leasing and renewal administration using in-house systems.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to resident concerns and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and handled confidentially.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute recommendations to the team.

About You:

  • Experience supporting leasing/lettings teams, including lease administration and renewals.
  • Proficiency in handling leasing documentation and resident communications.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
