The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hubspot Operations Executive with strong HubSpot experience to support our commercial operations function. This role involves managing day-to-day HubSpot administration, maintaining CRM data quality, reporting, automation, and supporting sales and marketing teams to enhance effectiveness.
What you’ll be working on
- HubSpot Administration
- Own day-to-day HubSpot administration and platform management
- Manage users, permissions, properties, views, pipelines, stages, forms, lists, and system settings
- Ensure HubSpot is structured, maintained, and operating effectively across teams
- CRM Data Management
- Maintain high standards of CRM data quality and hygiene
- Keep company, contact, deal, and activity data accurate, consistent, deduplicated, and properly structured
- Monitor and resolve data issues proactively
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards across sales and marketing performance
- Deliver reporting on pipeline and forecasting, lead flow and conversion, SDR and sales activity, team KPIs and revenue performance
- Ensure leadership has clear, reliable, and actionable commercial insights
- Workflow & Automation Support
- Support the build, testing, monitoring, and optimisation of HubSpot workflows and automation
- Assist with lead routing, notifications, lifecycle stage management, sales-to-marketing handovers, process automation and operational efficiency
- Commercial Team Support
- Act as the first point of contact for HubSpot-related questions and troubleshooting
- Support user adoption through training, guidance, and process reminders
- Help teams follow best practices and maintain CRM discipline

- Create and maintain clear process documentation and user guides

What we’re looking for
You’ll bring vision, structure, and operational discipline to a fast-growing function. You know how to scale people-driven operations and balance commercial priorities with quality, compliance, and culture. Specifically, you will bring:
- Proven hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM, ideally within RevOps, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations processes
- Experience in building reports, dashboards and creating workflows in HubSpot
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work across functionally with sales, marketing and leadership teams
