GsL works on behalf of institutional capital partners. The senior management team brings extensive experience in the UK residential sector, particularly in development and operations. Native Communities, one of the UK’s fastest-growing BTR and large-scale mixed-use operators with over 4,000 units under management, has been appointed as Goodstone Living’s Operating Partner to oversee Dockside.
Summary of Position: To provide an outstanding experience to our residents of our Build to Rent (BTR) scheme, comprising 373 apartments in Leith, Edinburgh. To ensure a high level of customer service is always provided to residents and to engage with residents, creating a sense of community within the building. Ensure the safety and security of the development is at the forefront of your mind. All issues are dealt with swiftly and in a professional manner.
You will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. It’s about first impressions, so you’ll take great pride in your presentation, and this will reflect in your front of house which you’ll keep clean, smart and welcoming at all times.
