This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Maintenance Technician. The role of Maintenance Technician is an integral part of the team. You will be responsible for all maintenance tasks on site and for delivering excellent customer service to our residents. You will be friendly, approachable, and have a can-do attitude. As a Maintenance Technician, you will complete technical and mechanical work to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests as a Maintenance Technician.
  • Diagnose the cause of defects or problems and make repairs in line with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of apartments and communal spaces.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete service records on time.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all resident interactions.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting a collaborative and open culture.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

About You:

  • Experience in maintenance or a similar technical trade.
  • Proficient in delivering excellent customer service in a resident-facing role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Professional, approachable, and well-mannered.
  • Effective team player with a proactive approach.
  • Able to follow policies and procedures with attention to detail.
