Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager for the UK & Western Europe who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our regional marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for developing tailored campaigns that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), driving brand visibility, and generating demand across the UK and key Western European markets.
The right candidate will have a strong grasp of the local tech ecosystem, the ability to build and leverage partnerships, and a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & ICP Alignment
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify opportunities, competitor moves, and audience insights.
- Ensure campaigns are designed to directly resonate with our ICPs, reflecting local culture and business dynamics.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns tailored for the UK, with potential expansion into other Western EU markets.
- Drive earned media efforts, partnerships, and collaborations to boost visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with PPC, Brand Marketing, and Automation teams to align strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns from planning to delivery.
- Partnerships & Networking
- Build and nurture relationships with media, industry influencers, and tech partners in the UK & Western EU.
- Leverage personal and company networks to create co-marketing opportunities, event presence, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define clear KPIs for brand visibility, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, continuously optimizing for better ROI.
- Share insights with leadership and cross-functional teams to guide future strategy.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B Marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS, with at least 2 years in a regional role.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of the UK and Western European markets, customer behavior, and media landscape.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to design and execute tailored marketing campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in earned media, PR, and partnership management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence and secure alignment across teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI.
- Network: Existing connections in the UK tech ecosystem are highly desirable.
- Language: Fluency in English required; additional Western European languages are a plus.
