As an Outbound Specialist, you will play a key role in Native Teams' growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through proactive outreach. You will focus on the top of the funnel — researching target accounts, generating qualified leads, and booking meetings for our BDM team. Your goal is to build a consistent pipeline of opportunities within defined ICPs and market segments, and act as the first point of contact that sets the tone for the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Account Research
    • Identify and research target accounts based on defined ICPs and market segments
    • Build and maintain prospect lists using outbound tools and available data sources
    • Understand business context, hiring plans, and potential use cases before reaching out
  • Outbound Outreach
    • Execute multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone
    • Personalise outreach based on account research and market segment
    • Follow up consistently and manage cadences to maximise response rates
  • Lead Qualification
    • Run initial qualification conversations to assess fit and readiness
    • Apply defined qualification criteria to determine whether a prospect should be passed to a BDM
    • Accurately capture and log all activity and outcomes in HubSpot
  • Pipeline & Reporting
    • Maintain an up-to-date view of your outbound pipeline and meeting targets
    • Report on outreach activity, conversion rates, and booked meetings on a weekly basis
    • Share learnings and feedback from the market to help refine targeting and messaging
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with BDMs to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
    • Coordinate with the enablement and marketing teams on outreach messaging and campaigns
    • Relay prospect feedback to internal stakeholders to improve positioning and ICP targeting

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an outbound, SDR, or lead generation role
  • Confident communicator — comfortable cold calling, emailing, and engaging on LinkedIn
  • Strong research skills and ability to personalise outreach at scale
  • Organised and self-driven, with the ability to manage high-volume outreach consistently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or similar industries
  • Understanding of ICP segmentation and outbound sequencing tools
  • Exposure to international markets (LATAM, APAC, or similar)
  • Additional languages are a plus
