Native Teams is a global platform for work payments and employment. Beyond managing payroll, compliance, and taxes, we integrate financial tools to maximise the value of every work payment, worldwide.

We are expanding our global team and looking for an Inbound Team Lead to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Would you like to take on a new challenge in the field of Sales in a successful, fast-growing global start-up?

As the Inbound Team Lead at Native Teams, you will lead and develop our team of Inbound Sales Managers. You will be accountable for how quickly and effectively the team converts inbound demand into revenue, while coaching each person to perform at a higher level. You'll own the inbound sales process from first response to close, make sure leads are routed, qualified, and worked consistently, and partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to improve lead quality and conversion across the funnel.

Location: Hybrid

Salary Range: Flexible

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inbound Sales Managers.
  • Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline reviews, giving clear and actionable feedback.
  • Support onboarding and ramp of new hires, and build individual development plans.
  • Contribute to hiring by interviewing candidates and helping define what good looks like for the role.

Inbound Process & Conversion Performance

  • Own the inbound sales process end to end, including lead routing, response SLAs, qualification standards, and follow-up cadences.
  • Set response-time, conversion, and revenue targets for the team, and track performance against them.
  • Monitor lead distribution and team capacity so high-intent leads are never left waiting.
  • Identify drop-off points across the funnel and act on them with changes to process, messaging, or qualification.

Deal Support & Quality Control

  • Step into key deals as needed to support discovery, negotiation, and closing, especially with C-level and multi-stakeholder buyers.
  • Review pricing and proposals on strategic or complex opportunities.
  • Ensure disqualified and lost leads are handled correctly, with clear reasons logged and re-engagement where appropriate.
  • Own accurate forecasting for the inbound team and keep CRM data clean and consistent (HubSpot).
  • Report regularly on lead response times, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue to sales leadership.
  • Hold the team accountable for activity logging, deal stages, and lost-reason hygiene.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on lead quality, MQL/SQL definitions, campaign feedback, and messaging.
  • Work with RevOps and Enablement on routing, tooling, reporting, training, and process improvements.
  • Align with Outbound, Customer Success, and Onboarding for smooth handovers and a consistent customer experience.

Market & Competitive Knowledge

  • Stay current on global payroll, compliance, mobility, and HR tech.
  • Track competitor offerings and help evolve positioning, pricing, and messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading or coaching a B2B sales team (formally as a manager or team lead, or informally as a senior seller mentoring others), ideally in an inbound or high-velocity environment.
  • Track record of converting inbound leads and closing full-cycle deals.
  • Strong coaching skills, with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback and develop people at different experience levels.
  • Data-driven approach to funnel metrics, SLAs, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with multiple stakeholders, including C-level.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Comfort operating in international, compliance-driven sales environments.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in global payroll, compliance, HR tech, mobility, fintech, or SaaS is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Experience building or scaling an inbound function in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience designing sequences, playbooks, or ICP and territory models.
  • Multilingual capabilities are an advantage.
  • Dynamic and interesting work in an early-stage, funded startup
  • Ability to influence the next stages of our growth
