This is an exciting opportunity to join the mobilisation team at Native Residential, as a Mobilisation Manager. This role is based in the North, with travel across the UK. This is a great opportunity for a highly driven individual, with vast experience in new build mobilisation, who will relish the opportunity to mobilise some of the finest quality residential assets in the UK.

This is an important role in our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter, with experience of mobilising new assets. You will work closely with our clients and our operational team to mobilise new properties until launch. You will support recruitment of site teams, be a key player in building the brand and reputation in the local community. You will support the operational team with the initial lease up of the property and manage costs within the mobilisation budget. You will work with the cross-functional support teams to ensure Native Residential delivers a return on investment for our clients.

  • Be able to offer a consultative service and advise on best practice
  • Be able to build effective relationships with developers and key stakeholders
  • Be willing to travel across the UK
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to input into design meetings with developers and clients, providing knowledge of the industry and building management to influence design execution and ensure operational efficiency once the buildings are live
  • Have excellent written and spoken English
  • Be an efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and have a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature
  • Be able to work exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contribute to an established open culture
  • Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures
