This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team at New Fountain Bridge, Edinburgh, as a Leasing Manager. We are looking for a strong leader to own and lead the leasing strategy for the asset, to ensure we achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals.
You will have a proven appreciation of what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrable experience in managing, delegating and organising a team. You will inspire cross-functional teams to ensure that all team members are highly motivated to deliver a responsive and outstanding customer service to our residents that shows positive impact on the leasing up targets for the scheme.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the leasing team, ensuring all activities are performed to a high standard related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals and referrals. Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritise, multi-task, think creatively, take initiative and ownership, and employ a diverse set of interpersonal and organisational skills.
You will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.
If you're ready to be our next Native, you'll probably:
- Have experience within BTR, property sector, hospitality, leisure industries in a similar role.
- Have an excellent understanding of the leasing process and current legislations and requirements.
- Be a natural leader, motivating and coaching your team to succeed.
- Have a passion for customer service and ensuring excellence.
- Be proficient in executing sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing.
- Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions and recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to keep sensitive information highly confidential at all times.
