This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team at The Blossoms, Croydon as an Assistant Community Manager. As the Assistant Community Manager, you will lead from the front and manage the day-to-day operations of the site. You will have line manager responsibility for the Community Team and be responsible for building and maintaining the reputation and brand of the building in the local community, driving revenue, managing costs and achieving the highest possible approval rating for service and team engagement.
You will have a proven appreciation of what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrable experience in managing, delegating and organising a team, ensuring the Community Team are highly motivated to deliver a responsive and outstanding customer service to our residents.

- Have experience within BTR, property sector, hospitality or leisure industries at a manager level.
