Our Data Analytics team is on an exciting journey to build a scalable, well-structured, and high-quality data ecosystem that empowers our strategic workstreams in marketing, customer experience, product and integrations. But our impact goes far beyond that. We support a wide variety of internal teams including Finance and HR, ensuring that every part of the business has the data they need to make informed decisions.

Your Contribution
- Refine and update dashboards in Qlik Sense, while supporting the transition from QlikView.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate data transformations from Qlik dashboards into BigQuery/dbt.
- Enhance dashboard efficiency, ensuring clear and responsive data visualizations.
- Develop automated email reports, scheduled reports, automated alerts, and natural language query options to empower self-service.
- Create user-friendly guides for business users to facilitate effective dashboard utilization.
- Provide training and workshops to empower teams to access insights with minimal assistance.
- Ensure dashboards follow UI/UX best practices, enhancing navigation, interactivity, and data presentation.
- Ensure all dashboards and reports adhere to strict data validation standards to maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Explore new BI features and tools, identifying opportunities for improvements in data visualization and reporting.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in any Business Intelligence or Data Visualization roles
- Strong expertise in Qlik
- Proficiency in SQL and dimensional data modeling
- Proven track record to translate business requirements into effective dashboards and reports
- Exposure to other BI tools e.g. Metabase, Looker, Google Data Studio
- Familiarity with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses.
- Exposure to IBM Planning Analytics or similar
- Advocate for data visualization best practice
- Experience with Python scripting for automation tasks
