About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Senior Community Host. We are looking for a Senior Community Host who can support the delivery of outstanding customer service to our residents. Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritise, multi-task, think creatively, take initiative and ownership, and employ a diverse set of interpersonal and organisational skills. As a Senior Community Host, you will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and ensure every resident feels welcome and appreciated.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take a lead role in front-of-house duties as a Senior Community Host.
- Support the wider community team in delivering excellent customer service.
- Handle resident enquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain a smart, clean, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Build strong relationships with both new and long-term residents.

About You
- Proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
- Proficient in executing exceptional customer service in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (training provided).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, efficient, and professional with a positive approach.
