About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional will be an integral member of the leasing team, supporting the delivery of outstanding customer service to residents. The role performs the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. You will handle all activities related to leasing to new residents, ensuring satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing timely lease renewals. As a Leasing Professional, you will also support the management team in building and maintaining the reputation and brand of the development within the local community, driving revenue, managing costs, and contributing to exceptional service and engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform all leasing activities as a Leasing Professional, including greeting and qualifying prospects, organising tours, and managing applications.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages to ensure a smooth resident journey.
- Support the delivery of leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies.
- Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns, resolving issues effectively.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve efficiency and service.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of resident and company information.
About You
- Experience carrying out leasing activities within a leasing or lettings team.
- Strong customer service skills in a resident-facing environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
