Hello there, If you're looking at our ad for Facilities Manager, you’d probably like to spread your wings and do something a little bit different. Right now, we’re on a quest to find an experienced Facilities Manager to join our busy Build To Rent at Kampus, located in the heart of Manchester. Every day is different. You’ll be responsible for the maintenance of the sites, including overall inspection, repairs, and general maintenance of all areas of the building, ensuring the building meets its statutory obligations. You will lead and inspire your team by delegating, supervising, and directing the works of the department. You will understand the nature of the business requires a flexible schedule, which includes shifts during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably have:

  • An IOSH certificate and/or a NEBOSH certificate
  • An L8 certificate
  • Some experience in the Build to Rent sector
  • A comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and statutory obligations
  • A full understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • A bright, clear, and calm communication style
  • An organised and methodical approach to tasks
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and ideally BMS software
