This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Night Community Host.

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented Night Community Host to join our team and ensure smooth operations during the overnight hours.

You will be dedicated to providing top-tier service and maintaining a secure environment for our residents.

Each night will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritise, multi-task, think creatively, take initiative and ownership, and employ a diverse set of interpersonal and organisational skills.

As a Night Community Host, your primary focus will be making sure our residents feel safe and secure.

You will bring positive energy to each interaction, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

It’s about first impressions, so you’ll take great pride in your presentation, and this will reflect in your front of house which you’ll keep clean, smart and welcoming at all times.

  • If you’re ready to be our next Night Community Host and proud Native, you’ll probably:
  • Have proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, or similar, demonstrating a strong customer service background.
  • Be able to work night shifts and have previous experience of this shift pattern.
  • Be proficient in delivering exceptional customer service within a customer-facing role.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English.
  • Possess strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training provided for our internal systems).
  • Have excellent relationship‑building skills with both new and long‑term residents and team members.
  • Be efficient, organised, and an excellent communicator with a professional and well‑mannered nature.
  • Thrive in a team dynamic and contribute to an open and supportive culture.
  • Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures consistently.
