About the Role
We are looking for a Community Host to be an integral member of our community team, delivering outstanding customer service to our residents.
As a Community Host, you will bring positive energy to every interaction, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and ensure every resident feels welcome and appreciated. It’s about first impressions — so you’ll take great pride in your presentation, maintaining a clean, smart, and welcoming front of house at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver a professional and welcoming experience as a Community Host.
- Provide outstanding customer service across all resident touchpoints.
- Handle resident queries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a polished and welcoming front of house environment.
- Build strong relationships with residents and team members.
- Follow company policies and procedures with professionalism and integrity.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
About You
- Proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
- Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (training provided).
- Efficient, organised, and an excellent communicator.
- Professional, well-mannered, and resident-focused.
- A positive team player with a proactive approach.
