This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Maintenance Supervisor.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring work is completed on time, to a high standard, and with exceptional customer service for our residents. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will carry out inspections, manage repairs, and oversee general maintenance of apartments and communal areas, helping us deliver our vision of creating thriving communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and support the maintenance team as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Complete and delegate work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep.
- Diagnose the source of defects or issues and ensure effective repairs.
- Ensure maintenance tasks are carried out in line with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring a high standard of work and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all service requests.
- Promote a collaborative and resident-focused culture within the team.

- Demonstrable experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
- Strong customer service skills in a resident-facing environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
