As they embark on a clear three-year expansion plan, they require a commercially minded Account Executive to join their high-performance business development function. This is a strategic, non-delivery role focused on the end-to-end sales life cycle. You will work alongside senior leadership to shape how consulting engagements are won, gaining direct exposure to complex client challenges and high-level commercial strategy.

Key Deliverables/Commercial Support:

  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Supporting the end-to-end process from initial opportunity identification through to revenue conversion.
  • Bid & Proposal Excellence: Assisting in the preparation of high-impact proposals, pitch materials, and complex RFP responses.
  • Strategic Outreach: Identifying new business opportunities through proactive market research and targeted prospecting within priority sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Attending and contributing to meetings with prospective clients, capturing critical insights to drive opportunity progression.
  • Pipeline Intelligence: Maintaining CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure total visibility of the sales pipeline and follow-up activities.

Skills & Experience for Success:

  • 2-3 years of experience within Financial Services, consulting, or a sophisticated business development environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a high degree of attention to detail when preparing client-facing materials.
