We’re looking for a talented, passionate Graphic Designer with an instinct for beauty, a strong visual voice, and a genuine love of craft to join our independent design agency in Shoreditch. We make bold, beautiful digital work - and we need someone who cares as much about how something looks and feels as what it does. If you care about aesthetics, ideas, and designing for the future, then this could be for you.
You’ll work across brands in tech, healthcare, wellness, and automotive - creating digital work that is considered, distinctive, and visually strong. That means brand identity applied to digital products, campaign design, motion, typography, and art direction. You’ll own your projects end to end, bring your own creative perspective to every brief, and contribute to a studio culture that takes quality seriously. UI systems and design-to-dev workflows are part of the role - we’ll bring you up to speed if you’re not there yet. You’ll work with some of the world's best designers, developers, anthropologists, strategists, and engineers to make work that pushes boundaries, challenges perceptions, and - occasionally - changes the world.
You
- Experienced: It's a bonus if you've worked in a fast-paced creative environment - agency, studio, or in-house - and have a portfolio that shows real range and visual ambition across digital work.
- Storyteller: You don't just design, you shape narratives. You can articulate the thinking behind your work in a way that resonates with clients, teams, and users alike.
- AI proficient: You actively explore new AI tools and thoughtfully integrate them into your workflow - not for novelty, but to elevate speed, craft, and thinking.
- Cross-Disciplinary Fluent: You move comfortably between brand, motion, and digital - across web, mobile, and a wide range of devices - and your work has visual consistency and character throughout.
- Visionary Thinker: You're full of ideas and know how to move them forwards. You can generate multiple design routes, help navigate selection and refinement, and bring creative clarity even when the brief is ambiguous or the platform is unfamiliar.
- Craft-Led: You're obsessive about typography, colour, composition, and image-making. You have strong opinions about what looks right - and the skill to make it happen, whether that's a bespoke campaign asset or a robust design system heading into production.
- Adaptable: We're not afraid to scrap an idea. Sometimes we build it, test it, and start again. If that doesn't fill you with dread - and you're comfortable with ambiguity, legacy platforms, and early-stage concepts - you'll make the work of your life at Native.
- Passionate: A passion for what you do is essential. We believe the best creatives genuinely enjoy their work.
