Creative UI / Visual Designer (Senior)

We\’re looking for a curious, collaborative and creative, Senior UI / Visual Designer with an impeccable eye for beauty to join our independent design agency in Shoreditch.

As a Senior Designer, you’ll help define the future of our digital output, shaping remarkable experiences for brands across sectors like tech, healthcare, wellness, and automotive. You\’ll lead visual design excellence across platforms, from beautiful UI systems to emotionally engaging motion design and 3D prototypes. You’ll mentor others, influence the creative direction, and collaborate with some of the world\’s best designers, developers, anthropologists, strategists, and engineers.

Oh, and you\’ll make work that pushes boundaries, challenges perceptions, and – occasionally – changes the world.

Your profile

We won\’t insult you with a spiel about proficiency using Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite. That\’s a given. Instead, here\’s an idea of the sort of Senior UI / Visual Designer we hope is reading this:

• Experienced & Agency-Tested: You’ve honed your skills in a fast-paced, creative agency environment, where you’ve delivered high-impact work across a range of industries.
• ID Background Welcome: Your industrial design (ID) background brings unique dimensional thinking to screen-based experiences.
• Cross-Disciplinary Fluent: You understand 3D, motion, and storytelling – bridging the gap between tactile and digital.
• Visionary Thinker: You bring creative thinking and technological curiosity to every challenge. You push what’s possible and influence others to do the same.
• Leadership & Collaboration: You guide more junior designers while collaborating across disciplines in our Shoreditch studio.
• Craft-Led: You\’re obsessive about typography, hierarchy, layout, and interaction, with an eye for flawless visual execution.
• Adaptable: We\’re not afraid to scrap an idea. Sometimes, we build it, test it, and start again. If this doesn\’t fill you with dread, you\’ll make the work of your life at Native.
