This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team at Crownworks, Birmingham as a Maintenance Technician. The role of Maintenance Technician is an integral member of the team, responsible for all maintenance tasks on site and delivering excellent customer service to our residents. You will be friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
You will be responsible for all technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance-related tasks.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of the community, including overall inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of ready apartments and other interior/exterior areas.
- Completing assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service.
- Routine upkeep on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of defects or problems, and making repairs in accordance with established policies.
