This is an exciting opportunity to join our Building Safety team based from our HQ Manchester City Centre. We operate a flexible hybrid working policy, where employees work 3 days in the office/site and 2 days at home.

The role of Building Safety Manager (North) is to support the business to implement its legislative and best practice requirements in relation to health, fire and structural safety. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for continual improvement in all aspects of building safety and compliance and other health and safety related elements contributing to a positive safety culture across Native Residential.

If you're ready to be our next Native, you'll probably have:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England Regulations 2022), and associated regulations.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Building Safety Cases and Safety Case Reports for high-rise buildings.
  • Experience managing H&S within residential buildings, especially fire safety matters relating to external walls, compartmentation and fire doors.
  • NEBOSH or similar/equivalent H&S qualifications.
