Property Risk is a fundamental part of the Risk Community, striving to deliver the best possible outcomes for the customer and the Society by providing efficient, quality decision making in line with property policy.

We now have an opportunity to join our team here on the Valuation Services Department. The team are close knit, friendly, dynamic and this role provides an opportunity to help provide the best possible journey for our members and third parties.

What you’ll be doing

Valuation Services liaise with customers, mortgage brokers, internal staff, surveyors, and valuation panel firms to arrange and book valuations.

We are responsible for ensuring that valuations are booked and the reports are returned within our Service Level Agreement.

We liaise between the valuation firms and mortgage brokers for any queries they may have.

About you

  • We are interested in people who have a good understanding of the UK property market
  • Have excellent written communication skills, used to communicate via email with brokers, internal mortgage teams, and surveyors
  • Able to respond at pace to queries, whilst updating records and ensuring these are accurate.
