This is a fantastic chance to join Nationwide’s Liquidity Reporting and Forecasting function, at a time when the change team is supporting integration activity following an acquisition. The change team is responsible for overseeing changes required to the production and review of liquidity reporting and forecasting processes, ensuring we are setup for integration, future regulatory and business changes as well as supporting the efficiency agenda.
This is an SME change role, responsibility includes delivery of required change to liquidity regulatory reporting, liquidity internal reporting and liquidity forecasting activity undertaken for planning and various stress testing activity. You’ll be responsible for delivery alongside a team of liquidity business SME’s.

Responsibilities:
- Working within Nationwide's Liquidity Reporting and Forecasting Change team, you will play a key role in delivering change to liquidity regulatory reporting, internal liquidity reporting and liquidity forecasting processes during an exciting period of integration activity following an acquisition.
- The team is responsible for overseeing changes required to the production and review of liquidity reporting and forecasting processes, ensuring the function is prepared for integration, future regulatory developments, evolving business requirements and ongoing efficiency improvements.
- As an SME change role, you will work alongside a team of liquidity business specialists to deliver the changes needed across planning, stress testing and reporting activities.
- You'll join a busy and collaborative change environment, managing multiple workstreams and priorities while helping to ensure change is delivered effectively and on time.
- This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders across Treasury, Finance and the wider business, providing opportunities to build strong relationships, influence outcomes and contribute to the future direction of the Liquidity Reporting and Forecasting function.
About you:
- Experience working in an agile change environment, delivering change across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Advanced excel skills including VBA; proficiency in building new/improving existing formulae and macro-driven spreadsheets.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to review highly technical reporting or forecasting to validate change requirements.
- A history of undertaking regulatory or internal reporting or forecasting in a finance or treasury environment.
- Demonstrable experience in change management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to interpret regulatory guidance, assessing this against existing reporting or forecasting and translating this into easy to digest information for stakeholders.
- Able to deal with conflicting demands and prioritise deliverables.
- Have an overriding drive and commitment to ensure the project objectives are achieved.
