Location and Working Hours: Swindon, United Kingdom; London, United Kingdom. Working hours: 28-35 hours per week. Based at either the Swindon or London office.

What you’ll be doing: You’ll operate with a high degree of accountability, contributing to end‑to‑end delivery while supporting best practice in Business Analysis. You’ll also help champion the effective use of tooling and emerging capabilities, including artificial intelligence, to enhance analysis, insight and delivery outcomes. You’ll translate business needs into structured artefacts such as user stories, process maps, data models and functional requirements while supporting end‑to‑end delivery across the change lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation. Additionally, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand problems, define solutions and support decision‑making whilst identifying impacts, risks and dependencies and proactively support their management.

About you: Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in complex change initiatives in payments or financial services. Analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and identify effective solutions. Experience producing high‑quality Business Analysis artefacts across the delivery lifecycle. The ability to engage and influence stakeholders, using clear communication and insight to drive alignment. Experience working in agile and/or waterfall delivery environments. A solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Confidence operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, managing competing priorities effectively.
