As the Physical Security Manager, you will lead an ambitious, well‑respected, and fast‑paced team responsible for delivering physical security control and risk management maturity across the Nationwide Group. You will have experience delivering day‑to‑day operational support, guidance, and advice to colleagues concerning all aspects of physical security, ensuring policy is adhered to and risks are managed appropriately and proportionately.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. Nationwide offers hybrid working wherever possible. You will spend at least two days per week on site, or if part‑time, 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or London office. Detailed arrangements will be discussed with the hiring manager.
