What you’ll be doing
You will create and deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen audit capability across the function. This will include workshops, induction programmes, digital learning modules, and supporting resources. You will translate complex technical audit concepts into clear, accessible content, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
You will also coordinate training delivery and communications, manage logistics, and provide support to colleagues as they adopt new learning. In addition, you will analyse skills and knowledge data, gather feedback, and use these insights to continuously enhance the learning and development offering.
About you
- Experience creating, developing, or delivering learning and development initiatives or training programmes
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and user-friendly learning materials
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with confidence presenting to both in-person and virtual audiences
- Familiarity with learning tools and content creation platforms (e.g. PowerPoint, e-learning authoring tools)
- Excellent organisational skills, including coordinating training sessions or events and managing multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in internal audit or risk management is desirable
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret feedback and data to enhance learning effectiveness
