Working across strategic programmes and platform transformation initiatives, you’ll enhance SAP Solution Manager capabilities including Technical Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, alerting, diagnostics and Change Request Management. - You’ll work closely with engineers, architects, infrastructure teams, application specialists and delivery teams to design and implement platform enhancements, monitoring capabilities and operational tooling.
- You’ll contribute to upgrades, migrations, technical implementations, automation and other strategic initiatives across the SAP estate.
- As we prepare to transition from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM, you’ll help assess, develop and introduce new Application Lifecycle Management and monitoring capabilities.
- You’ll ensure new solutions are designed effectively, integrated with the wider technology estate and transitioned successfully to the teams responsible for running them.
About you:
We’re looking for an experienced SAP Engineer with a strong background in SAP Basis administration and a good understanding of SAP operational management tooling. You’ll bring specialist expertise in SAP Solution Manager, along with an interest in the adoption of SAP Cloud ALM and modern observability capabilities.
You’ll enjoy solving technical problems, delivering platform change and improving monitoring, change governance and Application Lifecycle Management capabilities.
