We're seeking several enthusiastic and passionate Collections & Recoveries Management Information (MI) Analysts to join our team, where you'll use data-led insight to influence decision-making and ensure customer outcomes remain at the heart of everything we do. Our Collections and Recoveries business plays a vital role in supporting customers through some of life's more challenging moments. As we continue to evolve and transform how we work, we're looking for talented individuals to help shape the future of our business.
This role will involve analysing complex financial and banking data using SAS and SQL to produce high-quality management information and data visualisations in Power BI.
We have 2 roles within this team:
- 1 x 18-month Fixed Term Contract
- 1 x permanent opportunity

There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be monthly in Leeds.
