As the Campaign & Integration Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with teams across Group Customer & Communications, Product and external partners to ensure campaigns are insight‑led, consistent, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver high‑profile campaigns across our website and digital journeys, such as NationFried, Branch Promise and Fairer Share.
  • Act as the central point of coordination, aligning messaging, creative and customer experience end‑to‑end.
  • Lead the development of optimal online journeys as part of the Virgin Money integration, ensuring smooth, intuitive and consistent customer transitions.
  • Use insight and performance data to inform campaign planning, improve execution, and support continuous optimisation.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies and risks to ensure campaigns and integration activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Core Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience delivering brand, product and integrated campaign activity that drives awareness and conversion through digital customer journeys.
  • Proven ability to work at pace, balancing multiple stakeholders’ needs and prioritising effectively.
  • Proven experience operating in an insight and data‑driven environment.
  • Experience delivering world‑class digital experiences in a complex or heavily regulated environment (e.g., FTSE100, financial services, telco, retail).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to senior executives and wider teams.
  • Skilled at interpreting data, identifying trends and translating insights into clear actions.
  • Superb influencing skills, with confidence to challenge constructively and secure alignment across teams.
