As a Business Analyst in the Virgin Money Integration Programme within the Finance workstream, you'll be working on a variety of integration-related initiatives from inception to completion. Nationwide's Finance area is responsible for managing the organisation's financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic decision-making. The role plays a key part in protecting financial integrity, meeting regulatory requirements and enabling a smooth, well-governed transition that supports long-term value and confidence for Nationwide's members.

We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. This is a 24-month Fixed Term Contract. At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK-wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected. For this job, you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part-time, you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or London office. We will also consider Glasgow as a location, noting this is a hub.
