The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

As an Engineer within the Property Services Data Centre team, you’ll be required to complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks and will be expected to complete regular scenario testing to ensure you’re trained and able to respond to site technical issues should they occur.

You will be expected to accept on-call duties, alongside High Voltage authorised person duties, which we provide training for. Our Data Centre maintenance team work alongside other Nationwide colleagues and suppliers, including IT stakeholders, within the Data Centre.

This role is primarily based within our Data Centre in Swindon, at Hillmead Drive, Swindon, Wiltshire SN5 5NZ, with travel expenses paid for any work-related travel outside Swindon. This position will include you joining an on-call rota which is 1 week in 4. Whilst on call, you will need to be able to get to Swindon Technology Data Centre within 30 minutes to meet critical SLAs.
